On December 20, 2024, the Racines Sud association awarded its 15th Expatriation Prize at a ceremony held at the Fabre Museum in Montpellier. This event rewards the exceptional international careers of Occitans. Among the winners, two Montpellier Business School (MBS) graduates stood out: Quentin Bihel, 29, from Nîmes for the Young Expatriate Award, and Zohra-Lina Martini, 36, from Saint-Gilles du Gard, winner of the Societal and Solidarity Commitment Award.

Quentin Bihel: A meteoric rise all the way to South Korea
Quentin Bihel is a perfect example of ambition and international openness. Now working for Renault Korea in Seoul as a Volontaire International en Entreprise (VIE), he has turned an atypical career path into a real professional springboard.
After completing a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at Montpellier Business School (MBS), Quentin gained valuable experience with companies such as Apple in Ireland and Dassault Systèmes in France. He then consolidated his skills by obtaining a double master's degree in Digital Marketing and Data Analysis at the Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci (EMLV).
In his current role as Marketing Performance Analyst, he manages large-scale budgets and oversees Renault Korea's social networks. At the same time, Quentin is actively involved with students and young professionals, sharing his experience to inspire future international careers.
Zohra-Lina Martini: A visionary entrepreneur and ambassador for Occitanie
Zohra-Lina Martini has been a leading figure in South Korea for over ten years. A graduate of the MBS Grande Ecole program, she founded LJK Consulting, a company specializing in digital marketing, cybersecurity and business development between Europe and Asia.
Her career path includes strategic responsibilities at Korea Electronic Certification Authority (KICA) and collaborations with major Korean companies. Zohra-Lina also promotes Occitanie's agri-food products and liqueurs in Asia, illustrating her commitment to her native region while contributing to its international reputation.
