At the Confluence of Commitment and Innovation: Nominees for the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative Award

Companies' impact on our society is no longer limited to their financial success; increasingly, they are being recognized for their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR has become a cornerstone of the modern economy, guiding companies to adopt more sustainable, ethical and inclusive practices. This year, we celebrate the pioneers of CSR with the nominees for the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative Award. These companies have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to sustainability, diversity, inclusion and social innovation, marking a significant step forward in the contemporary business landscape. In this article, we highlight the remarkable achievements of these nominees, demonstrating how their commitment to CSR is helping to build a more promising and equitable future for all.

In the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative category, the nominees are :

Amal Aghanim, Founder ENCOEUR

Encoeur is a brand of snacks adapted to the nutritional needs of children aged 3+. Encoeur cakes are healthy, tasty, low in sugar and rich in nutrients essential for children's development. Their mission is to accompany future generations towards a healthy diet that respects environmental issues."

Benjamin Martarèche, Low Carbon Strategy Consultant NET ZERO PROJECT

After graduating from MBS in 2008, Benjamin spent 12 years working in digital advertising. He worked in Paris and Barcelona for groups such as Microsoft and Rakuten Marketing, all the while practicing sports at a high level. Since his sabbatical year in 2014-2015, he has devoted much of his energy to transition issues: he co-created an online ethical fashion boutique before embarking on raising awareness through collective intelligence workshops. First as a volunteer, then professionally. Since 2022, and in particular after returning to school via the IMPULSE program, he has set up a company that helps organizations understand and reduce their impact on the climate, while anticipating and adapting to future climate change.

Fanny Schosseler Founder and CEO NURSEA

After graduating, Fanny worked as a recruitment officer, then as a recruitment project manager for major accounts, and finally as an HR manager. It was during this last experience, and after the birth of her 1st son, that our graduate decided to launch the Nursea micro-nursery project: a sustainable project from its very foundations, for the well-being of children and the fulfillment of employees. A project focused on the constant improvement of both childcare practices and employee career paths, with the creation, for example, of the Nurse'Academy, a tailor-made career path for each of the key jobs in the nursery. Local HR (5 people for every 100 employees). Obtaining the Ecolo-crèche label, a benchmark in the sector Implementing B-Corp certification for 2024-25 The creation in 2021 of a caterer specializing in children and early childhood, 100% organic, local and 0 waste.
