Zoé Ducret (MBS 2024) -
Zoé Ducret, who graduated from MBS in 2024, followed a complete path from Bachelor's to Master's, specializing in Information Systems Management. But what sets her career apart is her ability to juggle study, work-study and top-level sport.
- 12 hours of training per week in competitive swimming for several years (World Champion ice swimming all categories 2025 50m breaststroke).
- A Bachelor's degree followed by the grandes écoles program via the Tremplin route.
- Three years of work-study, first with ANATOL Formation as a sales representative, then with Acelys Service Numérique in IT sales.
"It was complicated, but it's becoming a habit. You have to organize your timetable well, and set yourself precise weekly schedules."
From the classroom to the PwC offices: an opportunity seized at MBS
Her arrival at PwC was no accident. She discovered the company at a presentation organized by MBS.
- A QR code projected during the conference allows them to apply directly.
- A tour of the premises and a cocktail party with the managers provide an opportunity for informal exchange.
- An interview with the future team leader, leading to a job offer.
Today, she is an IT and data audit analyst, a position in which she works with the auditors on access control and the management of information and security systems.
"PwC came to give a presentation at the school and projected a QR code to apply directly. I applied, then we were invited to visit their premises and chat with the managers present, including an informal moment with a cocktail. That's when I met my current team leader, and it all came together naturally."

The strength of the MBS network
For Charlotte, success means listening to teachers and getting involved in the alumni network. At Hurricane Group, she negotiates with host cities, manages international clients and contributes to events such as the FISE World Shanghai 2024. A career made possible thanks to the MBS network and the involvement of her teachers, including Cyril Salort and Guillaume Fontan (MBS 2015), in the success of their students.

"Listen to your teachers. Cyril Salort and Guillaume Fontan taught me to think strategically. These courses were crucial for me."
What next?
Charlotte has international and entrepreneurial ambitions, and sets no limits for herself. Before taking the plunge, she intends to build on her experience at Hurricane Group. She also knows that networking is an invaluable asset, and encourages students and recent graduates to mobilize it to seize the right opportunities. Her next challenge? Representing Hurricane Group at Alumni Day 2025 in Montpellier, where she will share her experience with students.
"I'd like to set up my own business one day. Right now, I'm concentrating on Hurricane, but I'm open to international opportunities. Australia or Asia? Why not!"

Charlotte's advice
Charlotte advises students not to underestimate the power of networking, an essential asset for their professional future. She also stresses the importance of listening to their teachers, who play a key role as a gateway to begin building their network.
"I'd say really listen to your teachers! In a Bachelor's degree, we often tend to say to ourselves: "Ah, it's quiet, it's fine", but in reality, when the time comes to look for a sandwich course, or even at the end of one - which you may well have found simply because you needed one - you realize the importance of these relationships.
Even if you're a studious, attentive and committed person, you may wish you'd listened more to your teachers and forged stronger bonds with them. Because it's precisely through this kind of relationship that you can access unique opportunities, like the one I had."
