Congratulations to Manon Leroux (MBS 2015) for "Save & Care", one of Challenges' "100 start-ups to invest in in 2024".
With partners such as Cut By Fred, Respire and On the Wild Side, as well as Monoprix, Save&Care intends to draw inspiration from the "Too Good To Go" model to tackle the challenges of waste. Manon Leroux (MBS 2015) founded Save&Care.
This alumna has traced her path through two renowned academic courses. She obtained her Master 2 in Marketing from Montpellier Business School in 2015, then consolidated her skills with a Mastère Spécialisé in Fashion & Luxury Management, specializing in Fashion Marketing, at the Institut Français de la Mode from 2018 to 2020.
Save&Care is much more than just a company; it's a mission, a vision for a more sustainable and equitable future. Inspired by the successful Too Good To Go model, Manon has created an innovative platform that limits waste while making quality cosmetics more accessible to consumers.
Manon's project selected by Média Challenges as one of the 100 startups to invest in
Thanks to Save & Care, brands and retailers can now avoid waste by putting their unsold products up for sale, while consumers benefit from access to quality cosmetics at reduced prices, while doing their bit for the environment. 🌍
This initiative not only meets a growing demand for skincare and hygiene products, but also embodies a strong commitment to sustainability and the circular economy in the beauty industry. 💧💚
With a clear vision and unwavering determination, Manon and her team at Save & Care are now aiming for new heights, with the ambitious goal of achieving sales of 500,000 euros by 2025. 📈

Challenges' selection of 100 start-ups for 2024 reflects the resilience of French Tech despite the global downturn in venture capital in 2023. Investors are turning to sectors such as AI, green transition and fast-return models. The jury, made up of industry experts and led by influential figures, demonstrates the importance placed on innovation and entrepreneurship in today's economic landscape.
Manon Leroux, a visionary beauty and luxury entrepreneur
Armed with this knowledge, Manon has accumulated several years' experience in positions of responsibility. From 2014 to 2015, she worked as SEM/SEO Marketing Assistant at showroomprive.com, acquiring solid expertise in digital marketing. This experience earned her a promotion to Senior Account Manager at Selency, where she worked from September 2015 to August 2018, developing her account management skills.
In 2019, Manon flew to New York, where she held the position of Leather Goods & Accessories Development Manager at Mansur Gavriel for a year and two months, until July 2020. It was here that she asserted her ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop high-level products.
However, it was with her role as Workshop Assistant at BIS BOUTIQUE SOLIDAIRE in Paris, from November 2020 to November 2022, that she consolidated her experience in team management and collaborative working. These years of diverse experience eventually led Manon to realize her entrepreneurial ambition by launching her own company, Save&Care, in October 2022, an innovative initiative in the field of reducing waste in the cosmetics industry.
