When MBS students go on a learning expedition, they don't just explore new academic horizons. They also have the unique opportunity to meet ambassadors from the MBS ALUMNI network and international graduates. These encounters, well beyond the school benches, are a source of inspiration and learning for future generations of graduates.

The international ambassadors of the MBS ALUMNI network are seasoned professionals who have travelled the world and achieved success in their respective fields. Students had the opportunity to meet these ambassadors and graduates at conferences, company visits and workshops.

Tunis: Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain and CSR

A few weeks ago, 30 students from the MBS Bachelor Program had the chance to spend an immersive week in Tunis, in partnership with the Esprit School of Business. Their teaching module, entitled "Doing Business in Africa", aimed to develop their skills in entrepreneurship, supply chain and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This enabled them to discover the specific dynamics of the Tunisian market, while broadening their professional horizons.

The Bachelor students were able to meet the ambassadors of the Tunisia branch, Othman Gorbel & Riadh Badr (MBA 2016) in the presence of : Karim Zaghouan, Ashraf Damergi, Ameni bakkey, Hichem Smida all from the MBA 2016 class.

The meeting between students, ambassadors of the MBS ALUMNI network and international graduates is a privileged moment. It embodies the spirit of sharing, learning and connecting that drives the MBS community. Whether at an inspiring conference, an informal lunch or a company visit, these encounters help shape the future leaders and entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

Casablanca: Management and Social Innovation

On the other side of the continent, the MBS Executive MBA program organizes an annual Learning Expedition for its students. This time, participants travelled to Casablanca, Morocco. Under the guidance of Dr. Maryline Meyer, co-holder of the MIND Chair, they explored the challenges of management and social innovation. The trip facilitated exchanges with local experts and strengthened the sense of belonging among participants.

MBA participants were able to meet the following graduates: Lamiae Bennis (MBS 2016), Nabil Boukili Chabi (MBA 2015), Nafia Bousba (MBA 2015), Driss Chafik (MBS 2015), Younes Eteib (MBA 2016), Adnane Hadj Messaoud (MBS 2016).

These encounters offer a concrete perspective on their experience and the professional world, and enable students to learn about best practices directly from those who have implemented them.

International MBS graduates are a source of inspiration for current students.

Whether they've set up their own business, risen through the ranks of a multinational or contributed to social projects, these alumni enthusiastically share their experiences and advice. When students meet these graduates, they discover the varied backgrounds and exciting opportunities that await them after graduation.

Ambassadors and international graduates also appreciate the opportunity to share their knowledge and interact with students. They become informal mentors, guiding students in their career choices, sharing advice on working life and making lasting connections. Some go even further, welcoming future generations of graduates into their homes, creating a strong and caring community.

Many thanks again to the programs, students & graduates who embodied the strength and solidarity of a network.
