How it works
Mentoring period April to December 2023: 4 to 6 meetings minimum with your Mentor.
Program duration: 9 months (and beyond, only if you wish to continue exchanges with your Mentor).
The MBS Career Center will work with you to ensure that the Mentoring programruns smoothly (setting objectives, launch and closing meetings).
The Mentee's objectives
The mentoring relationship runs from May to December. It will take just a few hours (4 to 6 meetings spread over the 9 months) to get involved, either remotely or face-to-face.
Your Mentor will help you define your goals, and support your personal and professional development.
Once trust has been established :
Your Mentor can open the doors of his or her professional network to you.
You'll probably have to step out of your comfort zone to help yourself succeed.
Please note: the Mentor is not supposed to offer the mentee a job or internship. The aim is to establish a relationship based on trust, sharing and respect. Eventually, the Mentor will help you develop your network and seize your own opportunities.
