The CLUB PRO RH MBS Alumni invites you to its first webinar of the year 2025 on an increasingly talked-about topic: Managers' mental health.

Christine Vilacèque (MBA 2023 ), CEO and founder of HOLIS CARE & Consultant & Trainer in Management, SQVCT & CSR, will talk to us about her 20 years' experience in the healthcare and medical-social sector, including 15 years managing an EHPAD establishment. After going through intense organizational and reputational crises, she founded Holis Care to provide support in a different way.

On the program:

Pierre-Oliver, Sandrine and Léna will present the MBS Alumni HR Club and its objectives, and introduce the topic of Managers' mental health.

We will then have the pleasure of listening to Christine Vilacèque's testimonial and feedback on what she has experienced, what has worked and what remains difficult.

This will be followed by a question-and-answer session, and a chance to share best practices.

To conclude, Julien Granata, Professor at MBS - Supervisor of managers and coaches - Trainer & Professional coach for entrepreneurs will speak at the end of this webinar to talk about tools for preventing the "loneliness of the Manager/Director" and taking care of his or her mental health.
