Investigation phase: Getting to know yourself better
- Analysis of career path and professional experience.
- Identify motivations, values and relationship to work.
- Highlight professional assets and skills.
- Draw up a career development scenario.
Concluding phase: Taking action
- Learn how to enhance your career path and practice presenting your project.
- Define the stages of your project and draw up a clear roadmap.
- Submission of summary document.

Who can benefit from a skills assessment?
Anyone in employment, including
- private-sector employees,
- jobseekers: application must be made to Pôle emploi, APEC or Cap emploi,
- public-sector employees (civil servants, non-tenured staff, etc.): specific regulations apply, but conditions are similar to those for salaried employees.

Anna Frapreau is an expert in professional transition. A certified skills assessment consultant, she assists people from diverse backgrounds to find their bearings and their right place in the workplace. She began her career in HR as HR Manager and Senior Talent Manager with major groups in France and abroad.
She is also a yoga teacher for companies and individuals, helping people to manage stress and refocus.
Through a tailor-made skills assessment, she works with the beneficiary to build a realistic, motivating and concrete professional project.
She holds a Master's degree in HR and Skills Management.
