Sandrine is the founder of Archipel Connect, a coaching practice that supports individuals, teams and organizations in their transformations.
She has always had a passion for human relations, managerial postures and group dynamics, and has been experimenting with their impact on employee behavior and collective performance throughout her years in the corporate world.
